Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Excellent communication skills.
BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
3 or more years of experience in warehouse management
Excellent knowledge of warehouse management procedures and policies
Excellent problem solving and leadership skills
Ability to deal with employees of all grades
Ability to provide direct written and oral feedback periodically
Experience in warehouse management
Experience in implementing process development and improvement plans
