Job Title: Salesperson – VAN SALES
Section: Sales
Job location: Abha or its warehouses in the southern region
Reporting to: USM / TDM / TDS
Selling
Sell and execute all authorized products, packages, packages and promotions
Solicit all marketing equipment
Obtain bets selling position in the account
Solicit new opportunities and source ADR support against these
Merchandising
Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regulation rotation
Fill and rotate all shelf, displays and equipment to Pepsi-Cola Company standards
Properly price product
Utilize point of purchase material
Delivery
Accounts serviced as scheduled
Ensure safe vehicle operation
Manage daily settlement and collection of payment
Maintain records including route cards/books
Tracking Measures & Problem Solving
Record accurate core work measures
Participate in problem solving meeting
Measure
Achieving the sales target for the route.
Always secure a greater share of presence for Pepsi versus competition in all outlets.
Execution of all Pepsi programs within the route.
Achieving the Sales Development Objectives.
Up-dating the route date on a regular basis as and when it happens.
Reporting competitive activities.
Follow the Company’s credit policy.
skills
Qualification: HSSC, High School or Diploma is preferred
Additional and Mandatory Qualification: Must have Heavy (Heavy Transport) Heavy / Intermediate (Light Transport) / General License Saudi Driving License
Experience: 2-5 years of experience is preferred in the Beverage, Packaging or FMCG industry.
