General conditions for joining the Tamheer Program:
- The applicant must be a Saudi national.
Hold the qualification specified in the job advertisement (diploma or bachelor’s degree) in the relevant specialization for the vacant job
He must not be a current employee and has not been employed during the past six months.
He must not have previously participated in the on-the-job training program (Tamheer). - No experience required. Tamheer Program Benefits:
- Develop the skills and experiences of recent graduates and prepare them to participate effectively in the Saudi labor market.
The program contributes to increasing employment opportunities by gaining experience after graduation. - The trainee obtains an approved certificate after completing the training program that qualifies him to get a job suitable for his abilities and skills.
- The trainee (during the training period) receives electronic training bags.
The trainee receives a financial reward from the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf).
The trainee gets insurance coverage against risks.
