The primary responsibilities of a rescue supervisor;
Ensuring the safety of facility users and lifeguards team;
Supervising and training the lifeguards team;
Oversee the daily safety inspection of the facility.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
At least two years of experience in a related field.
skills :
Accurate knowledge and application of life-saving observational and rescue techniques;
Leadership and public relations skills.
Understand the facility’s features, rules, policies, and procedures;
Ability to lead, assign, supervise and evaluate lifeguards in the performance of their duties.
The ability to identify risks and unsafe practices and make appropriate recommendations to reduce or eliminate those risks;
Decision making skills.
